By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

PAYMENTS & REFUND POLICY

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any project begins. (% of overall agreed project proposal).

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and is also non-refundable.

  • Payments must be made via BACS transfer to the account detailed on the invoice.

  • Work will not commence until the initial deposit is received.

  • Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • All designs, content and creative work produced by WHATELLENDOES. remain the property of the company until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non transferable license to use the final deliverables for personal and business use.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any designs, templates, or digital assets created by whatellendoes.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Clients must provide all necessary content, images and information required for the project in a timely manner.

  • Any delays in communication or submission of required materials may affect project timelines.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights of licenses for any third-party content they provide.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • WHATELLENDOES. is not responsible for any loss, damage or business disruption resulting from the use of our services.

  • We are also not liable for any technical issues, including website downtime, data loss, or security breeches.

  • Any advice or guidance provided is for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, social media engagement).

  • We may provide links to third-party websites or recommend external services. However, we are not responsible for their content, policies, or security practices.

CHANGE TO TERMS
